Orders for goods purchased for home delivery are fulfilled by our US distributor, Olympic Supply Co.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the bike you purchase and your delivery location.

For orders within the US, our shipping rates are:

Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota & Wisconsin
FREE shipping

All other states

  • Kids Bikes: $25
  • Vintage, Commuter & Comfort Bikes: $50
  • Fat Bikes: $150
  • eBikes: $150

For shipping to other territories, please contact your local Reid Bikes retailer.

What are the estimated dispatch and delivery times?

Dispatch and delivery times can vary depending on the product and the size of your order. Larger and bulkier items, such as bikes, may take longer to arrive than smaller items.

Once your order has been shipped, you may be able to track your delivery and view an estimated delivery date using the tracking information provided.

Can I purchase online and collect my bike in store?

Yes. We recommend in-store collection if you're less confident with assembling a bike yourself.

When you choose to collect your bike from a Reid Bikes dealer, it will be:

  • Fully assembled by an experienced bike mechanic
  • Professionally adjusted and checked
  • Ready to ride when you collect it

You can select your preferred dealer for collection during the checkout process, where available.

Does my bike come pre-assembled if it is delivered?

Bikes are shipped approximately 85% assembled in a protective box.

The final assembly typically includes:

  • Installing the handlebars
  • Installing the front wheel
  • Installing the pedals
  • Installing the saddle
  • Adjusting the brakes
  • Tuning the gears

We recommend having your bike assembled by a qualified bike mechanic or someone with suitable bicycle assembly experience.

Please take care when assembling your bike. Damage caused by incorrect assembly, such as installing pedals incorrectly, is not covered under your warranty.

If you choose to assemble your bike yourself, please refer to our Video Assembly Guides for clear, step-by-step instructions. You will also need the appropriate tools.

Does someone need to be home for delivery?

We recommend choosing a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your order.

If nobody is available when the courier attempts delivery, they may leave a 'Sorry We Missed You' card with instructions for arranging a re-delivery or collection.
