Returns and Exchange Policy
Reid Bikes does not accept returns directly from the consumer. The purchase transaction is between the dealer and the consumer. Any returns the dealer chooses to accept are at the dealer’s individual discretion consistent with their normal store return policies.
As a consumer, it is important to be aware of the return policies of the dealer from whom you are purchasing a Reid Bike. Here are some points to keep in mind:
- Since Reid Bikes does not accept returns directly from the consumer, it is important to clarify the return policy with the dealer before making your purchase.
- The dealer has the discretion to accept returns according to their own store policies.
- If the dealer does accept returns, it is important to understand the conditions under which a return would be accepted. Some dealers may only accept returns if the bike is unused and in its original packaging, while others may allow returns for a certain period of time after the purchase date.
If you do need to return a Reid Bike, it is important to follow the dealer's return policy carefully to ensure that you are eligible for a refund or exchange. This may include providing proof of purchase and returning the bike within a certain timeframe.
