- What are my estimated dispatch & shipping times?

Delivery times can vary depending on the size of the items ordered, with bulky goods taking longer than smaller items. Please note, you may be able to check tracking and an estimated delivery date once the item has been shipped.

- Can I purchase online and collect in store?

We recommend this service for those that are less confident in building their bike. When collecting from a store, your bike comes fully assembled by an experienced mechanic, adjusted and ready to go. You can choose the dealer you would like to collect from during the checkout process.

- Does my bike come pre-assembled if I get it delivered?

Bikes are sent 85% assembled in a box and carefully packaged for protection. The final assembly required includes the installation of the handlebars, front wheel, pedals and saddle, adjusting the brakes and tuning the gears.

We recommend that the assembly is done by a bike mechanic or another suitably experienced person. Damage caused by incorrect assembly (such as installing the pedals the wrong way around) is not covered by your warranty.

- Does someone have to be home for my delivery?

It's always best to send to an address that has someone in attendance. Otherwise, the courier can leave a 'sorry we missed you' card, allowing you to arrange re-delivery.
